Handbags are easily my favourite accessory to purchase and style. As you can tell by the title, today I am going to be talking about my absolute fave current handbag – GG Marmont Velvet Shoulder Bag (Rubin Velvet).

SIZE
I have the small size, and I LOVE how much I can actually fit inside of this beauty – my iPhone 7+, lipstick, small wallet, keys, & Clarins mini hand cream. The colour is a beautiful rich & vibrant royal purple (rubin) which compliments any outfit beautifully as it adds a nice pop! This bag also comes in a smaller (mini) size.
FABRIC & CARE
The quality is stunning and I think if you take proper care of it (i.e. only wear it out on non-cloudy/non-rainy days), it will last you a very, very long time. It is a delicate velvet (can get marked/scuffed easily) so if you feel confident that you will nourish your baby, you have nothing to worry about. Did I mention how soft this bag is? I literally want to keep touching it every time I take it out! This bag also comes in leather.
WAS IT WORTH THE PURCHASE
This was definitely a splurge and I honestly do not regret it! The GG Marmont is my first and only luxury designer handbag that I purchased myself which makes it more special & sentimental. If you are thinking of buying this one as your first luxury handbag, I truly recommend it.
